- Where: St. Louis Cathedral on Jackson Square
- Reporting Time: 2:00 pm -earlier, to be seated before guests arrive
- Performance Time: 3 pm
- Dress: Church Black: Our Goal is to look “cohesive.”
Men– Black suits with white shirt, dark tie, and black or dark shoes
Women– Black dress or blouse with skirt and black closed toe shoes. NO low-cut tops, NO sleeveless tops NO attention-getting jewelry
YES–below-knee length to mid-calf (not short and not full-length) - Access: Private Wedding
- Parking: It’s the French Quarter on a Saturday. Give yourself time & carpool.
- Musicians: Dwight on piano plus violinist Lulu Reeks
- More Information: We will be singing a choral arrangement of Pachelbel’s Canon in D for the bride’s processional. At the end of the service (3:30) we will be singing Oh Happy Day for the recessional. We will be seated downstairs. We’ll need to be quiet when we’re not singing 🤫.
Sunday, November 12th afternoon
- What: St. Charles Baptist Church 125th Anniversary
- Where: St. Charles Baptist Church, 7100 St. Charles Ave
- Reporting Time: 2:15 pm
- Performance Time: 2:45
- Dress: church black (see above) with green scarves
- Access: Open to the public. Feel free to invite friends and family
- Parking: Street parking
- Musicians: Dwight
Thursday, November 30th evening
- What: Poydras Home tree lighting
- Where: Poydras Home 5354 Magazine Street (at the corner of Jefferson)
- Reporting Time: 6:30 pm
- Performance Time about 7 Event goes from 6-8 pm
- Dress: TBD
- Access: This is a fundraiser, but we’ve been invited to bring family. There is face painting etc. for children– and a Christmas tree!
- Parking: Street parking

Saturday December 2nd
- What: Algiers Bonfire & Concert
- Reporting Time: 4:30
- Where: Algiers Point Batture 200 Morgan Street, the land between the levee and the Mississippi River.
- Performance Time about 5 Event goes from 6-8 pm
- Dress: TBD
- Access: Feel free to bring friends and family.
- Parking: Street parking. There is some parking close, but you need to be there early and then cannot leave until the event is over at 8.

Saturday, December 16th OUR CHRISTMAS CONCERT
- What: OUR CHRISTMAS CONCERT
- Reporting Time: 5: 30 or 6 pm ?? Time is not yet set
- Where: First Presbyterian Church sanctuary
- Performance Time 6 or 7
- Dress: Christmas Formal:
Men– Black suit or tux with white shirt, tie, black shoes.
Women– Black floor-length dress or floor-length skirt & black top
elbow-length or longer sleeves & black closed toe shoes, flat or low heels. - Access: Feel free to bring friends and family.
